Basic policies: 50% is due with
order. The final payment is due two weeks before shipping. Delivery
time varies with the level of completion and existing production
workloads, but an estimated delivery time can be provided
at time of purchase. Performance of our boats will be degraded
and in some cases systems will not work if our equipment recommendations
are not followed. Kits require an intermediate to expert
level of competence especially in finishing.
Payment:
We accept payment by personal check, cashier's check, money order,
or bank wire. We will accept cash in payment of an order if desired.
All orders are to be paid-in-full before delivery. Orders will
be shipped only after we have good, clear U.S. funds.
Warranty:
We warrant our products to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Excluded from our warranty are other manufacturers' products that
we offer. If our products are proven to be defective during this
period, the buyer's exclusive remedy and our sole obligation is
to repair or furnish replacement parts or products, or refund
buyer's purchase price, as we think best.
Of course, we are neither responsible
nor liable for parts or products damaged by abuse, accident, neglect,
or improper assembly, use, or storage. Our warranty only applies
to the original purchaser, and may not be transferred.
Limitation of liabilities
and warranties:
We are not liable to buyer,
or another person, for any injury, loss or damage, whether direct,
indirect, incidental, special or consequential, regardless of
legal theory asserted, including negligence and/or strict liability.
Our warranty made above is in
lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but
not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability, the implied
warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, any implied warranty
arising out of a course of dealing, and any implied warranty arising
out of a custom or usage of trade.
